ACLS & PALS Recertification Procedure

Follow the below instructions to signup for ACLS & PALS

  1. Go to registration link: http://heartstartcpr.enrollware.com/schedule

  2. Find desired class and complete registration using promo code: ACFD

  3. Open calendar in Telestaff: https://workforce.alamedacountyfire.org/

  4. Select the day on your of your class as confirmed from Heart Start CPR

  5. Click Add

  6. Select drop down *ACLS RECERT for ACLS

  7. Select drop down *PALS RECERT for PALS

  8. Click ok or apply, your selection will appear on your calendar.

  9. Please note that the default hours are correct.  Do not change the default hours.

  10. Send an advisory email to “Click here to send email to EMSCLASS” so your selection can be approved

  11. Please send your email ASAP for selection approval. You will not be exempt from mandatory until it has been approved (removal of the asterisk)
